SHIPPING
SEZGIN ships worldwide using UPS. All packages are provided with tracking number.
AVERAGE DELIVERY TIMES
UPS Standard:
- Germany: 3-4 business day
- EU: 4-8 business days
- All other countries: 4-8 business days
Please allow us up to 3 business days to process your order.
This process time does not account for custom-made and preordered items. These are made upon request and take approximately 6 weeks from order until dispatch.
Delivery days are estimates and are not guaranteed. We will always try to deliver your goods within our estimated delivery times, but actual delivery times are in control of the shipping company.
SHIPPING COST
Germany: Standard delivery with UPS at 8 €
European Union: Standard delivery with UPS at 17 €
United Kingdom, Andorra, Channel Islands, Norway, San Marino and Switzerland: Standard delivery with UPS at 30 €
USA, Japan, China, Honkong, Singapore, India, Canada, Mexico and Turkey: Standard delivery with UPS at 50 €
All other countries: Standard delivery with UPS at 50 €
Products will ship directly from Germany by UPS. International orders may take longer due to customs formalities. Check www.ups.com for shipping details and delivery time. Please notice that we can’t ship to postbox addresses.
DUTIES & TAXES
EU
All countries within the European union are shipped on UPS (delivery duty paid) basis, meaning that taxes and duties are included in the final price.
Outside EU
All countries outside the European union are shipped on UPS. Please note that the shipping rates are not inclusive of any customs or import duties that could be levied when the package reaches your destination country.
Please be advised that it is your responsibility to pay for these extra charges.
RETURN
Should you want to return product(s) ordered on www.sezginberlin.de you have 14 days upon the receipt of your order to request to return your product(s).
Returned products(s) must be in their original condition; undamaged, unwashed, unused and have all original tags and labels attached.
If your returned product(s) are in used condition, we will not accept your return and send them back at your expense, to your original shipping address.
If you would like to make a return, please first email hello.sezgin@gmail.com to receive a return authorization code. Please note that after starting a return you need to ship right within 2 days and provide us with proof of postage and/or tracking number. Otherwise we may reserve the right to decline your return.
Download the return form and fill it in. Put the form together with the returned products(s) in the package.
You can use any postal service of your choice. Please remember to send us the tracking number. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us, so we advise you to send it by registered mail with tracking or any postage that requires signing upon delivery.
For non-EU customers: We can provide you with the necessary custom documents and a UPS return shipping label at your request. Please note that if you accept an international return shipping label from us, the cost of postage will be deducted from your refund.
When returning from a non-EU country please remember to state on the commercial invoice that this is a return. Non-labeled returns can end up in customs and delay your refund. Please send your return to:

The shipping costs, additional duty and/or tax fees are the customers responsibility. The return will be refunded within 14 working days upon reception.
The return fees will be deducted from the refund amount. The same payment method will be used for the refund as for the purchase. SEZGIN reserves the right to reject returns when sent beyond the return period limit and / or when the product(s) are not in their original condition.
